Avie Banks is a busy wife and mother of two who resides outside of Charlotte, NC. Graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2003, with a degree in Sociology, Avie works in the clinical research industry where for over 20 years conducting conference trainings and leading major groundbreaking research trials. Avie has recently joined Banks Realty Group to take her negotiation, leadership and consulting skills to the next level through helping clients with their home buying, selling and/or investing needs throughout the Charlotte area.

In her free time, she is also an active member in her community through her church, C.N. Jenkins Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, her local chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, board member with the Deltas of Charlotte Foundation and Family teams committee member with the local branch of the March of Dimes March for Babies annual event.  When she is able to relax, she loves reading and writing, and has published a book, 95 Days in the NICU (aviebanks.com) as well as having fun in the kitchen or entertaining as a baker and certified bartender.
