Graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2002 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Bonswa spent 15 years in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster, quality assurance specialist, and claims manager. Bonswa has taken his heart for helping others and the art of deal-making into real estate where he works with home buyers, home sellers and investors in the greater Charlotte area. Bonswa brings his unique set of skills, excitement and energy into each transaction; ensuring his clients enjoy their experience and Achieve Exceptional Results.

In his free time, Bonswa enjoys spending time with his wife (Avie), daughter (Kenya), son (Clayton) the best dog in the universe (Felipe) and cheering for his Carolina Tarheels and Carolina Panthers! Bonswa is passionate about being involved in the community and is an active member of C.N. Jenkins Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, NC. He is also an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. where he serves on the Community Service Committee and is a mentor to male youth in the fraternity’s Kappa League program.
